Involved in the design and development of Upperbody components for Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Ram pickup truck. • Currently working on Grand Wagoneer BEV/PHEV program to meet modified safety targets. Working on various body complexities to support existing and future electrifications programs. • Worked on Upperbody structural components using Hotstamp door ring and other high strength steel material to achieve IIHS top safety pick for both the new model introductions. • Complete knowledge of joinery and stiffness requirements for entire vehicle structure. • Involved in Sourcing of the components. • Launch lead from initial build phase till 90 plus days post launch. • Extensive plant support to all cross functional teams during all build phases for Ram 1500 and Jeep Grand Wagoneer. • Lead supplier assessments with Cross functional team • Parts buyoff and issue resolution with supplier to maintain part quality and build objectives. • Good understanding of sciences involving industry specific Safety and Durability requirements. • Program management support with cost and weight roll ups during initial vehicle design phase for budgetary and weight target setting.
