Project Details: 1)Good knowledge in vehicle intigration and structure design in bus Body industry. Design & Development of Ball Valve. According to Client Requirements we developed the ball valve model & prepared detailed drawings with Design Standard. Design & Development of Globe Valve. According to Client Requirements we developed the Globe Valve model & prepared detailed drawings with Design Standard. Design the Gate valve & Scv. In this project we collected the Machining models From clients after inspects the each every dimension of the part and prepared the casting models & Detailed drawings with standards. Designing of blower. In this project as per clients suggestion we modified the blower parts and prepared sheet metal, Part model & draft copies. Design & developing the Pneumatic actuators. Modified the Pneumatic actuators as per client suggestions. Reverse engineering of Ball Mill machine. As per clients suggestions we disassembled ball mill machine and inspect the each every parts of dimensions. After that we construct a model & drawing with help of standard (assembly drawing, bill of material, tolerance, GD & T etc.).
