Maintaining the head count report and coordinating with the stakeholders to ensure the mapping. Processing and Managing transfer records for all the employees, those who are transfer from one Project to another or one reporting manager to another. Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR information system (HRIS) and other technology tools to support HR operation and data management.(SAP, Zwayam) Oversee the end-to-end background verification check process for across location and for various clients, form initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate result. Defined process end-to-end exit process, processing employees exit related formalities using SAP. Ensure to process clearness activity on timely basis for exit employees. Audit & Compliance – Ensure accurate documentation streamlined workflows, and compliance with regulatory standards. Resolved employee SAP queries such as time off approval, reviewing Maternity and paternity requests, legal name change, ESIC and PF related queries. Provided day-to-day support to all employees, administered, and executed core operational processes and resolved inquiries in a timely fashion. Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting per HRBP requests. HR Support – Ex employee verification, grievances and employee letters.
