Responsible for procurement of Batch Machine plant spares, safety items, consumable, Refractory material, Electrical Item, Lubrication Oil & Greases, Bearing, Hob, Packing Material, Chemical, Paints, Copper mesh, Wire Mesh, Ball valve,NRV Valves, Steel Strap & seal, HDPE Bag, Welding Electrode, Copper & Aluminum flexible cable,LED light, MCB, Contactor, Relay, Copper & Aluminum Lug, Temperature sensors, Thermocouples, RTD Sensors, Corrugated Boxes, safety Item, Forklift spares, Hand Tools, Drill,Tap, Gauges, Inserts, production & manufacturing of the product as per the requirement. Services work finalization whenever required as per scope of work.Identification of a source based on the process requirement of the item.Material planning based on consumption pattern /PR.POResponsible for procurement & maintaining Minimum & Maximum level of critical & fast moving Items.Identification of opportunities for alternative source development.Quotation analysis, price negotiations with supplier.Negotiating with the vendors for Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.Active participation to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.Evaluate supplier performance on a periodic basis.Expertise in developing vendors, participate in an effective cost improvement and saving program.Collaboration with finance for on time supplier payments.Interaction with store & various department for requirements.Maintain close relationship with internal end customers.Handling material related Issues, & vendor payment related issue.Identification of opportunities for cost savings in hand with end user as well as supplier.To conduct E bidding/Auction for high value items.Expertise into advance Microsoft capabilities (Power Point, Word & Excel).To prepare MIS reports like MOR, Inventory report, E auction report Etc.
