Hello Everyone! I\'m Vinayak Bung, a dedicated and passionate law student at Symbiosis Law School. Having completed my schooling at Howard Public School and St. Francis Xavier Jr. College, I\'m now focused on building a strong foundation in law. My academic pursuits are centered around Real Estate Laws, Corporate Law, Investment and Securities Laws, and Direct Tax. Through internships at renowned firms like Vivek Jain and Associates, Sanghi Law Firm, and Access Legal, I\'ve gained practical insights into the legal world. I\'ve honed my skills in legal research, drafting, problem-solving, and public speaking. Beyond the classroom, I have cleared my CS Executive program and possess skills in Computer Applications and Tally ERP. My research paper, “Critical Analysis of Undue Influence and Types of Undue Influence,” published in the Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research, showcases my analytical abilities. I\'ve actively participated in extracurricular activities. I served as the 2nd-place Press General Secretary at Syminaret 2024, demonstrating my leadership skills. Additionally, I won the 1st prize in the Debate Competition and participated in the 9th S.O.F. International Mathematics Olympiad, showcasing my academic prowess.
