More than 13 years of experience in Basic Engineering package, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design projects as Process Engineer. Significant experiences in following areas: Gas Treatment, Merox Technology, Hydrogen Generation Unit (HTAS Technology), LNG storage & Regasification operation unit, Renewable Polymers (Avantium Technology), Production of Terephthalic acid (Invista-KTS Technology) and Utility System. • Process Modelling, Simulation (using HYSYS, PROMAX), Flow line simulation (using PIPESIM), Dynamic simulation (using OLGA), Heat exchanger design (using HTRI) and Process design. • Preparation of process deliverables - Process flow diagrams (PFD’s), utility flow diagrams (UFD’s), process safety diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P & ID’s). • Preparation of process description, design basis, H & MB, process and instrument data sheets, hydraulic reports (steady state & transient), calculation reports and various process reports and Philosophies. • Preparation of line list, equipment list, utility / flare summary and C&E charts. • Performing calculations like Line hydraulics pump hydraulics, compressor settle out, Relief valve, hot oil system, separator sizing, knock out drums and tanks. • Participation HAZOP studies and preparation of HAZOP closeouts. • Review of vendor documents to ensure consistency in engineering deliverables with respect to client specifications/code requirement. • Issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for inter discipline checks and coordination for the integrated input. • Performing adequacy checks for process equipment and preparation of adequacy report for the brownfield projects. • Good coordination with lead engineer, draftsmen and other discipline engineers in assisting and delivering the process deliverables to meet the schedule of the project/proposal • Knowledge of relevant International design codes GPSA, API and DEP• Participate in Piping Model review.

The PTA plant, which is equipped with process technology from INVISTA Performance Technologies, will use paraxylene feedstock to boost the company’s total PTA capacity. Scope of Work- Reviewing Vendor documents for multiple package units- Reviewing of relief load calculation, line list data, instrument datasheet and other process deliverables issued by FEED contractor
