Lead the requirement gathering and analysis phase to identify business needs and develop technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices.• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including HR, for global users as per the requirements of country-based hub leads.• Collaborate with process owners and Service Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs (user stories and defects).• Implement workflows and automation to streamline service requests, incident/problem resolution, and other processes.• Conduct component integration testing and ensure the quality and stability of the ServiceNow platform.• Provide guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.• Manage the overall ServiceNow project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.• Assign work to different teams located in different time zones, both onshore and offshore, coordinating with hub leads and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.• Ensure compliance with release management processes and ensure successful deployment of new releases to production.
