I began my career on the shop floor—tracking material flow, fixing bottlenecks, and learning early how small delays can jeopardize mission‑critical deliveries. That hands‑on foundation grew into a 14+ year leadership journey across some of the world’s most advanced aerospace and defense programs.I’ve led sourcing, supply chain, and transformation initiatives on flagship aircraft and engine platforms, including:• (Pratt & Whitney), Trent (Rolls‑Royce)• LEAP‑1A/1B, M88, FADEC systems (Safran)• Airbus A320 & A350 (with RUAG)• Boeing 747 Dreamliner• Dassault Rafale & Falcon these programs, I’ve delivered global sourcing strategies, digital supply chain transformations (SAP P2P, AI‑driven forecasting), cost and inventory optimization, and cross‑functional execution aligned with ESG, resilience, and program milestones.Today, I head Supply Chain Operations at Safran Group – Electrical & Power Division (India).
