TS International Solutions (full-time) My primary responsibility as a Resourcer was to source candidates within the IT and Oil & Gas sector for the Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers. My focus was to attract and retain candidates for clients. Involved in Writing job adverts and posting them online (job-boards, social media etc.) I am very familiar with using various databases as well as online portal to source candidates. Involved in candidate selection and shortlisting CV’s and obtain commercial and technical information on the candidate. Experienced in PowerPoint, and ExcelResponsibilities & duties• Negotiating commercial terms with candidates (sales)• Headhunting/Sourcing• interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies• screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview• organising interviews• helping applicants to prepare for interviews
