As an HR Executive at Aarti Industries Ltd, I contribute to the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, and Core HR Functions, helping to build a people-first, performance-driven culture within the organization. This foundation gave me strong insights into the employee lifecycle and the importance of aligning HR strategy with organizational growth.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai.
