Currently part of the Global Client Delivery Management team where I used to manage multiple client deliverables other than the regular services to the client. Handling a group of 6 member’s team who also work on multiple clients. Responsible for multiple client’s deliverables & queries. Delivery of various kinds of month-end tasks which helps in reporting to client on their ME/QE/SYE/YE reporting obligations. Eg: P&L preparation, ME cost reconciliations, qualified dividend Income reconciliations, tax reclaim exception reports etc. Conducting the one on one with the team members and providing the feedback on monthly basis.
