Key Project - Accenture Reinvention Console (AI/ML Platform), CEP Ordering (Unilever)Vinay was instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies tailored for cutting-edge generative AI solutions. These included features such as LLM (Large Language Model) comparison tools, AI prompt engineering workflows, and intelligent automation use cases. He worked closely with AI architects and solution designers to understand system behavior, potential edge cases, and user experience patterns, translating them into well-structured test strategies and execution plans.He managed the full QA lifecycle across these programs. This included planning the testing roadmap aligned with sprint cycles, setting up and maintaining test environments, provisioning data, and aligning test execution timelines with development and release cadences. He took charge of defining Entry and Exit criteria for every test cycle and gate, ensuring that testing was not just a phase but a strategic function aligned with value delivery.To ensure alignment and transparency across teams.Vinay conducted daily defect triage meetings. He tracked issues via Devops board, ensured timely assignment and prioritization, and followed through on root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution validation. He also presented detailed QA metrics, test coverage statistics, and defect trends to project stakeholders during sprint reviews and release planning meetings. Vinay also mentored junior testers and new joiners in QA processes, tools, and domain understanding. He organized onboarding plans, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. His mentorship fostered a culture of continuous learning, encouraged ownership, and uplifted overall QA team maturity.
