Technical Exposure • Learning and assisting in planning the installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, MCC (Motor Control Center), PCC (Power Control Center), instrument panels, and control systems. • Gaining understanding of instrumentation systems likecontrol valves for integration with DCS/PLC. Documentation & Coordination • Preparing reports, inspection checklists, and daily updates on site activities. • Attending project review meetings with senior engineers and project managers. • Worked closely with EPC contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of site activities. • Maintained detailed documentation including test reports, inspection checklists, and daily progress logs. • Participated in project review meetings to align execution with technical specifications and deadlines. Safety & Compliance • Conducted hazard spotting exercises and explained corrective actions to workers. • Educated workers on the risks of electrical shock, fire hazards, and equipment misuse. • Achieved 100% compliance with safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), PTW, and HIR during commissioning and shutdown activities. • Conducted toolbox talks and educated site workers on safe handling of electrical tools and hazardous equipment
