   Implemented S & OE process and conducted long range capacity analysis. Created and trained planning team on usage of capacity and build plan model for multi source constrained parts. Developed and Excess and Obsolete review process with Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain and built the necessary analytics to facilitate the reduction of inventory exposure. Key liaison between IT, Configuration Management, Product Marketing for item BOM setup for non-conventional BOM routings. Collaborated with IT on implementation of system based planning project in ORACLE ASCP, defined & test planned behavior and output and trained planning team on usage. Worked with in-house manufacturing and sourcing to create vendor forecasts.
