Expediting and matching the expected date of delivery as per client requirements- Approving sales orders logged by business team and confirming that they are as per process to ensure no roadblocks in revenue realization- Management of import shipments (FTWZ, STPI, EOU, SEZ and CIF) and their inspection, logistics, customs clearances, etc- POC for collaborating with various internal departments, like Finance, Sales, Services, HR, etc- Measurement of KPIs on basis of Order loading on vendors, Deliveries to clients, Cost optimization, Backlog revenue commit achievement, Inventory liquidation, Timelines of OCN generation, Client satisfaction, etc.
