Currently, I am associated with Dell EMC, India wherein; my primary responsibilities include operating as the technical lead, subject matter expert of PowerProtect Cyber Recovery as a Service (CRaaS).I have sound knowledge of working as an Enterprise Cyber Recovery, EMC NetWorker, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, Data Domain, and Avamar backup administrator with knowledge of managing, implementing, & design of Dell EMC Data Protection Suite. I possess strong hands-on experience in the entire gamut of backup administration & restoration including working with software, configuring, troubleshooting servers, conducting regular health checks, maintaining the performance of the systems, performing backup cloning. I am technically competent with various tools like PowerProtect Cyber Recovery, EMC NetWorker, Avamar, Commvault, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, Scrum, Windows, AWS, Linux, etc. I am also deft in training new employees to transfer knowledge regarding the process in detail, address their issues, and resolve all doubts to help them gain a deep understanding of the process and hence reflect efficacy in their work. Dexterous in drafting & authoring various process documents & changes in the operations to maintain all information accurately. Other than this, I am efficient in liaising with professionals & colleagues to identify problem areas and find creative solutions.
