The plant has multi union scenario with complexity of village groups and various political affiliations.I am also responsible for Contract Labour Management and legal section of the area. The plant so far not faced any problem of industrial relations in spite of the isolated location and the strength of around employees ( including contract labour) Have signed Long Term Settlements with majority of unions. Has been playing very important role of Apex member of site and active role in strategic decisions of the site. Has been looking after Corporate Services including of high profile Guest houses/Township services and other Plant administration. Working hand in hand for CSR and Publish Relations functions. Have played pivotal role in mentoring Diploma Engieering Trainees in Personality Development.Played Vital role in Change Manaement. Have been Coach for New comers in Industrial Relations
