Proactively working alongside team members in managing any roster related queries by the pilot crew. Managing full cycle of planning of daily SIM and Ground Training roster for cockpit crew for A320, A321 & ATR fleet. Independently creating and managing the roster related reports using the excel spreadsheets and then presenting the assigned projects to the relevant stakeholders. Managing all training related compliance process and ensuring adequacy of required training procedure for flight crew as required by company regulation policies. Arranging all relevant pilot training within the expiry date and ensuring all training is up to date to avoid plane grounding and cost saving due to plane delay. Planning of simulator schedule from covering the regulatory training and checks and the Non-type and upgrades.(CMD UPG,SC,FOI,CBTA,RNP,ATRP,LTC UPG,TRI UPG,CAT,KTM,IXL,LVTO,AWO SIMs)Managing day of ops and intermediate shifts. Responsible to lead on KPI project that include overtime of trainers and emailing process and defects. Responsible for SFI’s Trainers roster and ensuring their duties as per company contractual hours.
