Using Caesar II software, modeling and conducting pipe stress analysis of critical piping systems in compliance with ASME B31.3 code requirements. extensively on pumps, columns, air coolers, tanks, PSV, and various other critical systems.2. Evaluate the stresses, displacements, forces, and moments on restraints for support design3. Mark-up stress-related data (routing changes, support location and types, etc.) on isometrics to update in the 3D model.4. Prepare piping load summary as input for Civil/ Structural design.5. Perform flange leakage checking by using Pressure-equivalent method.6. Prepare Datasheets for special support (Eg: Springs).7. Support selection and analysis as per location, diameter of pipe, BOP.8. Working knowledge of International standards like ASME, API, and ANSI design standards.9. Prepare Stress reports in project deliverable format.
