Evaluation and selection of Hydrotreating catalysts for BS-VI grade diesel for medium pressure diesel hydrotreater – Evaluation of commercial catalysts in fixed-bed micro-reactor / bench-scale reactor to produce BS-VI grade diesel with optimal catalyst loading and longer cycle length for medium pressure diesel hydrotreater. Application of in-house catalyst deactivation protocol to predict the cycle run length. • Evaluation and selection of Hydrotreating catalysts for VGOHT unit with improvement in cycle length – Evaluation of best commercial catalyst for VGOHT unit with optimal catalyst loading and cycle length estimation for techno-economic analysis in fixed-bed micro-reactor / bench-scale reactor. • Catalyst and Process development for CO2 hydrogenation to Syngas via reverse water gas shift reaction (rWGS) and further Syngas conversion to Methanol – Development of high active and stable catalyst Gen-1 (Ni, Co-based Fe-oxide catalyst) and Gen-2 (K2CO3/Al2O3 catalyst) for rWGS process for CO2 hydrogenation to Syngas with extended time-on-stream studies. Development of CO2-enriched syngas conversion to methanol using Cu-Zn oxide catalyst for methanol production and Fe-Mn-based catalyst for CO2/Syngas conversion to SAF. Techno-economic analysis of methanol production pathways completed.
