I use MIDD methods to push therapeutic programs forward. I have strategized with program leads, biologists, clinicians, clinical pharmacologists, toxicologists and other experts. I\'m an agile thinker; I can rapidly assimilate knowledge in new therapeutic areas, cutting edge therapies, and modalities.My expertise includes quantitative systems pharmacology / toxicology (QSP / QST), physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling (PBPK), pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modeling, and other exposure-response (ER) modeling. I have used machine learning (ML) to advance development of these models. My work has informed clinical trial design, and regulatory interactions regarding dose selection, exposure, safety, efficacy, target engagement, special populations, co-treatments, evaluating competitive market, elucidating mechanisms of action, and much more.
