I’ve spent my career in environments where systems are complex, stakes are high, and failure is not abstract. First in naval operations and now building and scaling banking technology products, where clarity and judgment matter more than noise.I’m currently an Agility & Product Leader at JPMorganChase, working closely with product, engineering, and architecture leaders across multiple product groups. My work spans product delivery, agile transformation, and large-scale technology execution, with a focus on improving decision-making, alignment, and outcomes without adding unnecessary process or noise.Before moving into the corporate world, I served over a decade as an officer in the Indian Navy, with experience across naval operations, marine engineering, and warship commissioning. Those years shaped how I lead today. Calm under pressure, accountable by default, and focused on what genuinely moves the needle.Along the way, I’ve been recognised with the Guiding Light Award for leadership and performance, as well as the CCB Design & Experience Award.As a professional (and in real life) I care about clarity, sound judgment, and work that holds up over time.
