Configured functionality for new areas within Workday HCM System and providing real-time planning and analysis visibility to all levels of management. Used the Agile- Scrum Methodology as part of the various phases of the SDLC. Working on Workday HCM Global roll out and implementation which includes configuring Security, Roles, Business Processes, Reports, Data migration and Upgrades. Created new Workday Studio Integration to bring in the time-clock from a time clock system for Puerto Rico and then another Workday Studio integration to send the approved time to ADP for Payroll processing. Building BIRT Report and Complex Calculated Fields. Worked on various unit testing. Prepared Test Scenarios & Test Cases for workday HCM Modules- Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Performance Management & Advance Compensation. Designed and built both inbound and outbound EIB integrations in various segments of workday systems. Worked on support tickets in the following modules - Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HCM and Security. Responsible for developing the reporting strategy for the HCM HR domain and advised the business on the use of leveraging the Workday standard delivered reports.
