Support the organization and execution of online and in-person events that drive RATIONAL CookingLive event participation • Coordinate and maintain marketing calendar • Assist with campaign management and reporting • Manage digital collateral storefront and ensure partners have the collateral they need • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters and internal/external email communications • Coordinate translations with our translation partner (From English to Canadian French) • Assist marketing manager on a variety of marketing tasks spanning that support the achievement of marketing and sales • Help Marketing manager to plan and execute integrated campaigns to maximize lead generation and RATIONAL CookingLive participation at trade shows and dealer events • Coordinate regional events, local events, internal/external meetings, and training events - including timelines, venues, layouts, vendors, agendas, staffing and budgets • Analyze the success of each event, prepare a sunset review for larger regional events, and propose changes to improve attendee experience • Assist Marketing manager with national trade shows, show paperwork, accommodation booking, F&B contracts, unit shipping, budget management, etc. • Support marketing manager and National Corporate Chef to organize and facilitate RATIONAL Certified Chef events, meetings, team meetings, and training sessions • Support internal/external meetings as needed with planning, promotion, execution, and onsite management • Write and edit marketing campaign materials and marketing collateral • Work with design team on the production of materials • Manage marketing collateral ensuring sales team, reps and dealers have the materials needed • Order, maintain, and ship stock of promotion items and logo wear • Participate in all required company programs and activities
