Vehicle Placement and Transport CoordinationPlan and ensure timely placement of vehicles based on daily dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.Coordinate with transporters and internal teams to manage the availability of appropriate vehicle types (PTL, FTL, containers, etc.) Monitor loading and dispatch activities to avoid delays and ensure vehicle turnaround time is optimized.2. Monitoring & ReportingPrepare and share daily/weekly/monthly logistics MIS reports covering freight cost analysis, vehicle usage, delivery performance, and vendor efficiency.Maintain data records of freight rates, vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and customer feedback to support decision-making.7. Compliance & SafetyEnsure all logistics operations comply with company policies, transport regulations, and statutory requirements8.
