Perform as a testing lead for Toyota TPM Sensors and Receiver (500B, 550B,and 760B) and Chrysler TPMS, RFHM, DJ KIN (DS/KL) vehicle programs. • Responsible for Design Validation (DV), Product Validation (PV), develop and maintain DVP & R, root cause analysis, request for analysis (RFA) process. • In charge of Environmental Test (Temperature, Humidity, Salt, Dust, Chemical Exposure), Mechanical Test (Random and Sinusoidal Vibration, Half sine and triangular wave Mechanical Shock, various tension/compression), Durability and functional testing. • Accumulate testing data and create comprehensive data report using Excel and Minitab to present data to program manager • Create comprehensive test plans in accordance with customer and ZF requirement • Manage a test schedule and status using ZF TRW internal database management (TODB) • Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams on pre/post test sample review • Attend internal and external customer meetings and reviews as required • Train test technicians and operators on how a test should be setup and conducted • Familiar with automotive CAN and LIN communication functions
