The Electronic Steering Column Lock helps the Steering to get locked when the Vehicle is at parking position. For this it will compare the key sent by BCM with the Stored Key in EEPROM. If both the Keys are matched, then it will give access to BCM for either LOCKING/UNLOCKING the steering. The Electronic Steering Column Lock is a mechanical switch which works on the BCM command for LOCK/UNLOCK.Performing Software FMEA, Critical analysis and Diagnostics analysis as per the guidelines provided by the client.
