At Kokua, we believe that proximity is power, and one role model can change a life forever.As a Senior Talent Manager, I work with a team of six Talent Specialists and oversee the recruitment and hiring process for Kokua’s Texas region, while building a quality Guest Teacher pool to ensure we can fill 100% of assignments for our school partners.
