Have a highly collaborative attitude and keep communication flowing efficiently to ensure rights are secured and processes are being followed with regards to usage rights, delivery, clearance, etc. I will liaise with Producers, Brand Managers and Creatives to understand what the deliverables are, and how the content will be used, in order to negotiate appropriate usage rights. I will work closely with other teams within client, including the Global Business Affairs team, Production, Services teams, as well as other content business and marketing leads across the organization. I will also work closely, when necessary, with client\'s Legal group in researching the usages and legal issues, and providing the business context for contract negotiations.
