   I joined the company as a Digital Marketing Team Leader in 2017, and over the past two years, I have been promoted to the role of Digital Marketing Manager. Currently, I hold the position of Business Operation Head, where I am responsible for a diverse range of duties.As the Business Operation Head, my responsibilities include formulating effective business promotion strategies and developing digital marketing plans tailored to clients\' specific needs. I analyze data and provide weekly reports to clients, ensuring regular communication and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, I oversee SEM and SMM, as well as paid advertising campaigns, leveraging my knowledge in SEO and SMO.Here are some key aspects of my role and achievements-I manage a team of 25 members who work collaboratively to research, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with clients\' business goals. This includes expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and providing website design and development recommendations for both existing and new clients-My specialization lies in Paid Marketing, particularly in Google Ads (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). I bring extensive knowledge and experience in leveraging these platforms to drive impactful results-I compile and maintain customer research data and business reports, including KPIs, website lead/sales analytics, social media insights, and data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. These reports serve as valuable resources for monitoring progress on a weekly and monthly basis- Proactively conducting weekly team meetings, in collaboration with the HR team, allows us to review employee reports, set new goals, and devise strategies to enhance business promotion.As the Business Operation Head, I demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to drive business growth and success.
