I have 45(Forty five) years experience in Quality control Department (Machining, fabrication, raw material inspection and testing).I have good knowledge of NDT -UT/PT/MPT.I can handle very easily all type of precision measuring instruments & worked in 0.001mm accuracy. I specially trained and handling of Optical survey instruments-Optical Level,Jig Transit,Alignment Telescope,Theodolite & their accessories.(M/S-K&E/ Brunson. USA Make ) I worked on sites of M/S-Ship building center-Vizag,M/S-Reliance Ind Ltd- Patalganga & M/S-Larsen & Toubro Ltd-HaziraI have very much good knowledge of complete project inspection from Raw material to final product,documentation work,implementation of ISO 90••••15/AS 9100D Quality management system & Shop approval as per EN standard IS 3834-2.I worked and implemented. Worked on Projects ( As a Project Q.C.Inspector/Engineer/QC Head for Raw material to final product) 1.BARC, Mumbai-Support Tank/Shield Tank (Reactor for Nuclear Sub Marine)- worked on project as a head QC.Central Shield structure,Passive Cooler (ECDS), Gas Transfer Bottle (S.S.Pressure Vessel).2.NPC,Mumbai-Distillation Columns, 700 mwe.Calandria -worked on project as a head QA.End Shield New Fuel magazine, Transfer magazine/ Shuttle station housing assly.3.VSSC, Trivandram-Segment Rocket motor casing for GSLV PSLV, PSO, ASLV projects.4.DRDL, Hyderabad-Air Booster casing, CCI Motor casing.5.Reliance Indus. Ltd-Poy- Pump Blocks, Manifold assembly.6.ATVP, New Delhi/R&D,Dighi-Pune.
