Responsible for Presales that includes understanding of customer scenario and offer the right solutions which would include positioning Honeywell hardware and software as a solution. Responsible for conducting portfolio trainings for the Tier-1 & Tier -2 Enterprise/Channel partners Work on a standard operating system to build a training calendar on all the new product launches, product applications and solution offering. Involved in regular trainings to the sales team and support the sales team in up-selling and cross selling at the end customers. Responsible for having a regular cadence and support the sales teams on understanding of competition offerings and build comparatives against competition. Identifying and add on key vertical segments & work on building relationship with Key large accounts. Post-sales support in coordination with Honeywell selling partners in terms of warranty and customer complaint Traveling to across India to support customers for sales training, solutions deployment. Handle the post-sale service escalations - Coordinate with Quality and other Engineering cross functional team members to address any specific product/ solution related issues post solution deployment. As an engineering team member playing major role in new AIDC product development. Provide the input for the new product specification finalization as per the market requirement. Testing the different AIDC product to provide the input for the new product development. Co-ordinate with design team to prepare the manual document related to new product. Co-ordinate with different supplier for the new product development. Testing the new product with related document before launch in the market. Working with supplier to prepare and finalize the all software application related to new product. Preparing the assembly line SOS and testing SOS for the manufacturing the new product.
