Lead/Staff Security Engineer focusing on \"show, don\'t tell\" with over a decade of hands-on software industry experience implementing end to end security programs, AppSec, CloudSec, strong AI security controls and deep understanding of AI threats, threat hunting, penetration testing, malware analysis, reverse engineering and deep forensics.I create strong hands on security workshops for teams and mentor teams and individuals directly on their own code, or their own security gaps.I implement, maintain and measure security controls across AI, k8s, WAF, CI/CD pipelines and all aspects of corpsec. I\'m a passionate hacker and educator. I helped Ontario design their cybersecurity curriculum, write and reverse malware for offensive and defensive security research, and mentor cybersecurity professionals around the world. One of my favourite parts of the job is watching engineers\' faces shift from poker-face to \"oh no\" as I walk them through a live exploit chain. I leave teams engaged and genuinely bought into security. Before moving into security, I built CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and internal tooling in DevOps roles that enabled zero-downtime deployments for millions of users. I also spent years as a full-stack engineer shipping production features at scale.
