ABOUT VIKTORIA A. MORGAN

Viktoria Morgan has over thirty years of experience in the law including extensive expertise in civil litigation. She represents clients in civil rights, discrimination, employment, and family law proceedings. She earned the Witkin Awards for outstanding academic achievements in Advanced Legal Writing, Remedies, and Professional Responsibilities while in law school. While earning her J.D. degree, she also earned Certificates of Specialization in Estate Planning, Family Law and Business Law. She interned in the Ventura County Superior Court Family Law Self Help Center as well as with private counsel practicing Federal Employment Law. Viktoria is a Southern California native. She graduated from high school at sixteen and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an Emphasis in International Relations from California State University at Long Beach. She was the fifth person in the State of California and the twenty-fifth in the Nation to achieve an Advanced Paralegal Certification in Family Law title prior to obtaining her law degree.
