ABOUT VIKTORIA ANSELM

I am fascinated by mass spectrometry and its broad applications in proteomics and immunopeptidomics. My journey began as a working student at the NMI, where I gained hands-on experience in proteomics and assay validation following FDA and EMA guidelines. Since then, I have led assay development and validation projects with clinical relevance, including clinical data acquisition on drug-induced liver injury (DILI) and in the context of the TransBioLine consortium. In my role as Quality Manager at Signatope I learned to appreciate highly accurate peptide quantification in a robust and reliable setting. My scientific path continues at Immatics, where I engage in the field of immunopeptidomics. Currently, I drive assay development and validation with focus on immunopeptidomics supporting our clinical and non-clinical pipelines at Immatics. Over the past years, I have developed a strong foundation in proteomics, immunopeptidomics, and assay validation shaping my set of skills. I have learned the critical importance of teamwork, data accuracy, care for instruments, and documentation. Guided by a positive mindset, I strive for a fruitful environment to address scientific questions and translate results into application.
