I lead strategic co-innovation initiatives with several key business units in Accenture – Accenture Technology, Global Delivery Network, and Accenture Digital. The focus is three-fold – identify critical business challenges with a high technology innovation potential, perform an IP fit-gap analysis in the business context to architect differentiated solutions, and where required, develop market differentiated thought leadership and technology solutions. My work has several technology underpinnings – Internet of Things, Digital, Agile software engineering, industrialization of software delivery, cloud security, emerging tech platforms like Salesforce, etc. I manage the end-to-end innovation process including business value hypothesis, ideation and incubation, IP protection, and transition to business units. Over a period of years, I have become a trusted partner to many business and technology leaders in Accenture. I regularly interact with CxOs and IT directors from client organizations for evangelizing technology trends and identify co-innovation opportunities.
