Independently drive OSS-based KPI monitoring and deep-dive root cause analysis for LTE and 5G NR networks (FDD & TDD). Resolve chronic KPI degradations by implementing parameter changes, feature tuning, and validating performance improvements post-implementation. Hands-on optimization of multi-layer LTE and NR networks, focusing on both idle and connected mode behavior. Optimize cell layers (macro/small cells) by tuning mobility, load balancing, inter-frequency, and inter-RAT parameters across layers to improve user experience. Act as a technical SME for LTE/5G radio layer, providing detailed site-specific analysis and resolution plans for poor performing sites or clusters. Maintain the network by availability of network elements in Jio centre. Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems / tools. Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Validate & ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets received from Network Operations Center.
