As a Assistant Manager with 8 years of experience in Industrial /Process/ Manufacturing Engineering, I have extensive knowledge in new project setup through Lean Manufacturing Standards, manufacturing processes, project management, process planning & control, continuous improvement, and process development in assembly line for various Automotive products. In my previous roles, I was responsible for planning and executing daily process engineering activities in plant, new project setup, and project establishment within allotted timelines. My expertise lies in preparing the budget for project setup, tools, and consumables, improving existing lines, and reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods applied and activities that take place in manufacturing and services.Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various processes such as Riveting SPR, Noise Chamber, Bonding gluing, PU Encapsulation, Ultrasonic welding machine, Vision Machine, Greasing system, Sealant system, Screwing, Crimping, EOL. I have also developed a layout configuration that includes designing assembly line layout for optimum utilization of resources and workspace effectively, increases the capacity of assembly cells and ensures smooth flow of material and no backtracking. In industrial knowledge, I have extensive knowledge of QRCI, 5S & KAIZEN, various sensors and Vision system knowledge, PPAP & APQP, PFMEA & Control Plan, 8D problem-solving techniques, customer traceability like Barcode Printers and Laser Marking Machine, MTM Work Measurement Technique, and IE Lean Manufacturing.Currently, as a Project ME with Webasto Roofsystem India Pvt Ltd, my responsibility includes driving Assembly line and equipment installation and making assembly line ready for series production and supporting project development activities through all gateways.supporting Project manager to meet all deadlines related to planning, procurement, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and ensuring the highest reliability of installed manufacturing equipment as well as meeting the targeted quality and cost objectives.In summary, I am a highly skilled engineer, and my experience in Industrial /Process/ Manufacturing Engineering is extensive.
