To add further we are responsible for acquiring new panelists, and ensuring the panel is big and representative enough to meet research and product needs. We are responsible for making sure panelists are engaged and responsive (which we do by maximizing intrinsic and extrinsic rewards). Ensuring panellists have an excellent experience with YouGov. Improving satisfaction and retention through support, rewards and feedback.
