In my current role I manage digital products for multiple global markets in HSBC. I oversee the vision and entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch. As part of this role I conduct market and customer research, design product architecture, define user experience, create robust backlog, plan and strategize product roadmap, launch products, measure outcomes, etc. I need to be updated about the latest technologies and developments in the banking and Fintech world across the globe to be able to come up with the right product mix as part of this role. I am learning a lot in my current role. During the 1st year of my stint in HSBC I was able to launch some remarkable products that have helped our customers with the right experience, seamless, simple and secure journey. It has also helped the bank to save a lot of money. looking forward to learning a lot in this role.
