I am an IT professional at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), currently working in the Teamcenter integrated with NX – Level 2 Support & Administration team. My responsibilities include resolving complex customer technical data issues, managing user access in Teamcenter, troubleshooting NX-related problems, and fixing workflow issues that cause items, ECRs, or ECNs to get stuck during the process.In addition to day-to-day support, I conduct monthly DL (Distribution List) activities to organize and maintain user groups in Teamcenter as well as in DL, ensuring accurate access control and smooth collaboration across teams.I also conduct regular client calls to present weekly metrics reports, review resolved tickets, and ensure SLA compliance. I generate detailed analysis reports to track missed priorities, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce recurrence of issues.With a combination of technical expertise, process discipline, and client communication skills, I focus on ensuring stable PLM operations while continuously exploring opportunities for process optimization and automation.
