ABOUT VIKRANT DEORAS

Over the past two decades, Vikrant has built an accomplished career spanning retail, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, with a proven success record in leading P&L, launching new ventures and driving large-scale digital transformation. As Chief Digital & Information Officer at Tata Chemicals, he leads the company’s global digital agenda — spearheading global transformation of core systems across manufacturing, supply chain, ERP and embracing digital technologies such as AI and machine learning. His role entails close engagement with board members and business leaders across geographies, aligning technology and business strategy to deliver sustainable value for the company. Previously, Vikrant served as Business Head for Nutrition Science at Tata Chemicals, where he expanded the business into new markets and improved profitability. As Head of the Incubation Office, he built and scaled new ventures across agri-tech, specialty ingredients and consumer products for the company. Prior to that, as CEO of Qi Spine Clinics, a data-led health-tech and wellness enterprise, he scaled operations sixfold within two years, achieved unit profitability and positioned the company as a pioneering player in preventive and lifestyle healthcare. His early career was in retail and channel sales where he spent over a decade in leadership roles at the Titan Company and Lakmé Lever, where he successfully scaled national retail networks. His multi-dimensional experience has equipped him with a unique combination of strategic and P&L leadership experience, alongside functional expertise across Sales, Supply Chain, Digital and IT. Recognized for a transformational yet inclusive leadership style, he focuses on setting the right vision, building empowered teams, simplifying complexity and driving sustainable growth.
