On a typical day you can find me with my sleeves rolled up, deep in strategic design reviews, project performance reviews, presenting to the C-Suites, dousing client fires, managing vendors, helping engineering with design issues, planning resource, writing reports, conducting performance reviews, etc. University education in Interaction design plus bachelor\'s in computer science, I am a collaboration centric design leader over 12 years in B2C, B2B, B2B2C and SaaS product design in domains such as Banking & Finance, Edtech, E-commerce, AI/ML and data sciences. I have a track record of building and managing cross functional teams that deliver end to end, complex enterprise & B2C platforms, which fulfill KPI driven business outcomes user needs and deadlines. As the Head of Design at Think Design, not only did I built, scaled, and led product design operations consisting of distributed teams of designers, UI engineers and design managers across India and launched several industry leading complex products globally. But I also managed major accounts and key partnerships, hiring pipeline, sales pipeline, won project and managed profit & loss (PnL) and DesignOps.
