I had held the designation of Operations Executive to the Chief Operations Officer in my last tenure at IAF. I handled Flight Operations planning and assisting in all the Military Operational tasks given by the Command Headquarters. I am results-oriented Officer with a strong Leadership and Problem-solving mindset. I have over 14 years of experience in the IAF, where I have flown Helicopters and UAVs in various roles for 05 yrs, and gained 08 yrs of hands-on experience in Administrative,Human Resource management, and Operations management.I am a strategic thinker and a dynamic professional with proven acumen in project coordination and time management. I have optimized aviation operations with lean methodology, leading to increased flying efficiency and effectiveness of task planning. I have also undertaken various administrative tasks during Aero India show 2017, Human Resource management at RBI plant during demonetization 2018, and single point admin coordination for Fire power display 2019. Additionally, I have been an instructor at NCC training center 20••••22, mentoring youth to be better citizens of India, and a commanding officer of two Mobile Observation Flights for six months, demonstrating my HR skills and task coordination capabilities.
