With over two decades of expertise in supply chain, warehousing, and retail systems, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Technology at Medline India, the Global Capability Center (GCC) for Medline Industries—a global leader in healthcare. Leading a team of 100+ IT professionals across diverse skillsets, supporting and optimizing the supply chain application landscape for 50+ North American warehouses and a 1900+ transportation fleet.My teams operate agile squads across 45+ Tier 1 applications, including WMS, TMS, WCS, SAP MM/APO, and vendor management portals. Functions span Build, Support/Helpdesk, QA, and Platform Services, ensuring seamless integration and high availability across the logistics ecosystem.I am involved in a multi-year modernization of the application landscape, including cloud migration and the setup of a Platform Services team to ensure infrastructure stability and scalability.Over the past decade, my team size expanded more than tenfold—fostering horizontal and vertical mobility, welcoming a balanced mix of experienced professionals and fresh talent, and building a tenured core energized by new ideas.Operating across strategic, tactical, and operational layers—I align long-term vision, solve day-to-day challenges, and staying hands-on with the technologies in use.
