Current assignment is working as Plant Head with India\'s leading & largest plant in North India of Bio Fertilizer & Bio Pesticides manufacturing company. Here responsible for complete cycle from RM purchase to Dispatches, B2B & B2C distribution, Preparing Budgets, Forecasting, Production, Quality assurance, Materials Management, Logistics for sales & distribution, HR department, Maintenance with total Manpower (Operations+ Marketing) Group Info : North India\'s largest Bio Fertilizer & Bio Pesticide plant with total Manpower ( Operations+ Marketing) and having a rapidly growing turn over of 150 Cr./Annum.Manufacturer of Bio fertilizers, in the form of granules, powder & liquid & Bio Pesticides in Liquid, & powder form with having the huge capacity of per day 400 Metric Tons from granules plant & Metric Tons from Powder plant.The product range in Bio Fertilizers are PDM (Potash derived from molasses), PROM, NPK, Zyme, Zinc, Gypsum, KMB etc. & many more products in Bio fertilizers with Microbial Consortia i.e. Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum family and In PGR ( Plant Growth promotor ) Acetobacter & ZSB.Product range in Bio Pesticides with the help of microorganisms, Bacterial and Fungi for different kind of diseases are being used i.e. Trichoderma, Pseudomonas, Beauveria bassiana etc.Customers : Company is having a huge network of approx distributers in Pan India and also supplying to state Govt. Societies and in Tenders too. Company has customer i.e. RCF (Rashtriya chemical & Fertilizers ), NFL (National Fertilizers), UTTAM, Zuari, NAFED, Punjab Agro, Markfed & KRIBHCO etc.Some of the routine checks are -> Daily Glass wall meeting to ensure day to day planned activities.> Daily Inventory management of raw material FG & Packing Material for seamless deliveries.> Inward & outward Freights> Incoming, In process & Outgoing Quality assurance.
