   Responsible for hotel supply across MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, working with hotels across geographies, formats, and ownership types. • The role spans how hotels come onto the platform, how demand is distributed across channels, and how supply decisions play out on the ground. • Work with teams operating at national scale, keeping execution tight while responding to market shifts, seasonality, and partner realities. • Spend time with hotels and teams to understand what is working, where friction exists, and where scale helps—or creates complexity. • Rely heavily on on-ground teams for judgment and signal—recognising that the best decisions often come from those closest to hotels and markets. • Approach growth with a long-term lens, shaped by the belief that consistency, timing, and trust matter more than constant intervention.
