   During my tenure with the Programme Management Unit (PMU), I have spearheaded communication strategies and branding efforts to promote the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) of the Ministry of Rural Development. While managing a team of 3 Communication Specialists from the Ministry of Rural Development, I have overseen the following:• Enhancement of digital content management and the implementation of multi-platform solutions for media outreach, advocacy communications, and program publications.• Providing support to senior executives, including ministers and senior bureaucrats, by aiding in the preparation of their speeches, talking points, and PowerPoint presentations for high-level meetings and special events such as COP and major scheme launches.• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop annual Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities/plans aligned with organizational objectives.Key Achievements:• Played a pivotal role in supporting the communication efforts of the \"Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan (GKRA)\" scheme during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully branding and promoting the initiative in targeted states.• Provided strategic communications and outreach support to the \"Mission Amrit Sarovar\" scheme, launched by Prime Minister, contributing to its visibility and impact. • Led support initiatives for the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav campaign for Mahatma Gandhi NREGA division of Ministry of Rural Development, overseeing coordination of over events nationally. Developed a robust monitoring mechanism for event managed by the States/UTs, ensuring standardized communication materials and timely updates.• Collated and designed a compendium of 75 Success Stories of Climate Resilient Initiatives under Infrastructure of Climate Resilient project, which was launched by Minister of State for Rural Development during an International Workshop.
