With over 26 years of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality and healthcare, I’ve built a career dedicated to service excellence, people development, and operational precision. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager – Training at Medanta Hospital, I lead end-to-end learning and development strategy, ensuring that every touchpoint—whether clinical or administrative—reflects our institutional promise of compassionate, world-class care. I specialize in designing high-impact induction programs, empathy and behavioral training, service excellence frameworks, and compliance-aligned interventions that drive measurable outcomes. My transition from hospitality to healthcare was intentional and seamless, rooted in a deep understanding of guest experience honed at ITC Hotels, Royal Orchid, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. Those early years shaped my belief that exceptional service is both a mindset and a discipline. In healthcare, this philosophy evolved into patient-centric leadership roles across Max Healthcare, Virinchi Hospital, Venkateswar Hospital, and now Medanta. My work has consistently resulted in zero non-compliance across NABH and internal audits, the successful rollout of hospital-wide SOPs, and measurable reductions in training pendency and onboarding timelines. In 2014–15 alone, I delivered over 27,750 employee training man-hours. Recognition has followed results. At Max Healthcare, I was awarded “Employee of the Month”. At ITC Hotels received the Voice of Internal Customer Feedback Award.
