About Vikram Thimmaiah
As a PO of the Agile team I serve as the customer proxy responsible for working with Product Management and other stakeholders—including other POs—to define and prioritize stories in the Team Backlog. This allows the Solution to effectively address program priorities (Features and Enablers) while maintaining technical integrity. As a PO I also attend the relevant Product Management events for planning and Program Backlog/Vision refinement.In this role I maintain significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.A smart worker, risk taker with a lot of zeal to complete and deliver in time with confidence by ensuring quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
